All orders are processed and dispatched from us once payment has been received. We ship your items Monday to Friday so please allow 3 – 5 business to receive your product. We take due diligence and care when posting items, however we do not accept responsibility once posted.
Due to health and safety reasons, as well as sanitary purposes we do not accept returns for our hair and beard products if opened. However in the case of receiving a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us asap, as this will be assessed on the day by the manager on duty as to whether the item is returned in an appropriate time and condition.
